In part one of this two-part series, Lydia Fletcher will present the basics for publishing Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reproducible (FAIR) data. Researchers will learn about the FAIR principles and what data management activities they should use to prepare their data for publication via the Texas Data Repository.

Lydia Fletcher (MSIS, MSt) joined the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) in 2022 as a Research Engineering/Scientist Associate in the Data Management & Collections unit. She supports data management needs for a variety of projects across the center. She spent over ten years as an academic research librarian working primarily with physicists, mathematicians, and astronomers. Lydia has a Master of Science in Information Studies degree from the University of Texas School of Information.
